Agreements

Please initial on each line, print and sign your name in the area provided.

( ) When problems or concerns arise, we will communicate them through proper channels, not in the presence of the girls. We come with a solution-orientation, problem-solving attitude.

( ) The Girl Scout environment is free from drugs, tobacco, and alcohol and we will refrain from their use at all Girl Scout events.

( ) Girl Scouts is girl-led, and we may need to set aside our own adult agenda to support the well-being and empowerment of the Girl Scouts.

( ) If the format, program, or schedule of Troop 46466 is not meeting the needs of your family, you are welcome to find a different troop, start a new troop (bringing more girls to Girl Scouting!), become an Independently Registered Member (also known as a "Juliette"), or stop participating with Girl Scouts.

( ) If our family chooses to end our relationship with Troop 46466, I will take care to do it sensitively.

( ) Girl Scouts provides an environment of acceptance for all girls and their families by asking everyone to treat others with respect regardless of race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship, ancestry, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, socio-economic/public assistance status, national origin or any other protected status.

I agree to the Family Participation Requirements, including

( ) Participation at Meetings - being helpful

( ) Sprout expectations and supervision.

( ) Paying for Sprout and Adult participation directly.

( ) Pre-Paying for supplemental insurance

( ) Installing our own car seats for field trips.

( ) Volunteering 4-hours a month.

( ) RSVPing and responding to emails quickly*.

( ) Checking the calendar or toolbox before texting a leader.

( ) Pick up my daughter on time, or send a replacement according to procedures described.

( ) Supporting healthy snacks.

( ) Being inclusive.

( ) Using positive discipline strategies that model what we want from the girls.

( ) Use communication strategies that assume the best of each other, and do our best to keep each other in good shape.


I agree to the Financial Agreements, including:

( ) My verbal or written (paper, email, text) RSVP is a commitment to pay my portion.

( ) To pay dues monthly or in advance.

( ) Paying participation fees when due, or make other arrangements.

( ) Reimbursements must be pre-approved.


I have received a digital copy of the troop agreements (Troop Toolbox), I have read and agree to all of the agreements for Troop 46466, publish date 9/24/2018.
