Snack Guidelines

Healthy Foods

There are girls and adults in our troop whose bodies cannot tolerate processed sugar. While we don't 100% restrict processed sugar, we do ask for nutrient-dense healthy, organic whole foods whenever possible.

We will provide Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Reduced Sugar options at each occasion. Vegan and other food restrictions will be accomodated when needed.

Snack guidelines - please provide:

  • A Gluten-Free option

  • A Vegetarian option

  • Limit Dairy

  • Avoid refined sugar, artificial colors and flavors.

  • Focus on whole, fresh foods!
